Leaf+ offers a 1-year limited warranty for any defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original retail purchase. This is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the purchased product and does not cover damage caused by physical or natural destruction, misuse, or other external causes. Any attempt to disassemble the Leaf+ product will result in the withdrawal of warranty privileges.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs along with proof of date of purchase (hold on to your receipt).
$30.00 will be charged for shipping & handling to North American customers and $50.00 will be charged to International customers.
All prices are in US funds. Additional charges may apply to International orders.
To facilitate the speed of your replacement, all guidelines below must be followed.
- Please send us a message with a description of the issue you are having by clicking here, filling out the form, and selecting ‘Customer Service’ from the dropdown menu. You will receive a response shortly instructing you how to proceed.
- When you are instructed to send in your product, please include only the defective product, charger, a copy of your receipt, and your current full mailing address.
- For sanitary reasons, any paperwork must be included in your return package separate from your product.
- Include a note describing the reason why your product is defective. This helps us to diagnose the cause of the defect and get your exchange back to you quickly.
Leaf+ must be notified about your return-item prior to beginning this process. Leaf+ reserves the right to refuse and return damaged items that do not follow the above description after inspecting the returned item. All shipping, importing, and returning costs are non-refundable and will be charged to the customer. If Leaf+ decides to replace the component, the replacement will not extend the life of this warranty. Leaf+ will not accept any additional charges for work performed by the customer or a third party unless it is authorized by leafvibes.com. All Leaf+ products are sold as novelty items only.

We suggest and will only warrant the use of water-based lubricants with leaf+ products. However, there has been some research to suggest that certain high-quality silicone lubricants are safe to use with silicone products. If you choose to use a silicone-based lubricant, please do so at your own discretion and be sure to immediately discontinue use at the first sign of any wear or damage.
